True. I'm more surprised that some are willing to pay 4x as much! I think for any survey, we need to take the data with a grain of salt. Often, what people say they will do doesn't fully align with what they actually do :)
Yes definitely - that counts for sustainability at large - the sustainability price premium is often overestimated!
